Lena Headey Grateful For Peter Dinklage & Nikolaj Coster-Waldau

The Emmys 2019 night was a glamorous affair. HBO’s Game of Thrones won many victories for its controversial finale season. Peter Dinklage won an Emmy for his portrayal of Tyrion Lannister. While both Lena Headey and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau got nominations, they didn’t win the awards. But Headey shared a heartfelt post on her Instagram that proved they don’t need awards to be a great cast.

Headey Loves Her On-Screen Brothers

Referencing the night of the Emmys, Lena Headey explained how much she loved her co-stars Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Peter Dinklage:

And that was that… what a night .. my brothers from others mothers… or the same mothers .. whatever it’s confusing .. I love you and couldn’t have done this without you both, no one more daft , kind or supportive… I will cherish all of it.

Lena Headey also added in the caption #lannisterforever which is a reference to their fictional family in the show. Lena Headey played the vile Cersei Lannister who has an incestuous relationship with her twin brother Jamie Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau). Cersei’s hatred was Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) was just as strong her love for Jamie.
