The hit TV-show is coming to a close after the upcoming season. The final season has been a roller-coaster ride. The backstage drama between Debra Messing & Megan Mullally turned into the infamous Will and Grace feud. It cost them a big chunk of viewership. Things seem to be getting better though as the celebrity guest star Demi Lovato joins the team. She will be joining the cast of the hit NBC show and everyone is loving it.

Will & Grace | A Brief Background
The show has been entertaining fans for quite a while now. The critically acclaimed show landed the leads; Erick McCormack, Sean Hayes, Megan Mullally and Debra Messing, Emmy Awards, for their exceptional performances. The eight seasons long show first came to a close back in 2006.
No one was expecting Will and Grace to hit the TV screens again after such a respectable close.
The Show gets a Re-boot
In 2016, as part of the election campaign, a 9-minute long episode was released. The response was overwhelming. Die-hard fans were ecstatic and the nostalgia took over. The need for a reboot to Will and Grace went viral. Amidst the uncontrollable excitement, the creators decided it was time to bring back the series again.
Demi Lovato Joins the Team for the Farewell Season
Will and Grace is well-known for it’s celebrity guest appearances. The likes of Madonna and Earl Jones have appeared too. News started surfacing recently the Grammy nominated and multi-platinum singer, Demi Lovato will join the cast of Will and Grace for the farewell season. Now that, she’s on the sets, everyone from fellow cast members to the fans is excited.
Her appearance came at a time when the infamous Will and Grace feud was at a high. It was a huge blow to the viewership. The news of her joining the show is a good sign. It will surely mend the wounds.
We will see Demi Lovato in at-least two episodes of Will and Grace’s final season. The role is of particular significance for her because it is the first time she’s acted in four years. Her previous appearance was in the 2015 show, From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series.
