The new season of the famous TV-show Will and Grace became prey to a backstage feud in August. Co-stars Debra Messing and Megan Mullally stopped following each-other on Social-Media. The two butted heads quite often. The latest Instagram post by the cast members paints a different story though. Looks like the feud is over, Or, is it?
Will and Grace Feud | A Complicated History
Earlier this year, reports started surfacing that co-stars Megan Mullally and Debra Messing have a beef with each other. Mullally, in particular, seemed to be the root cause.
After they stopped following each other on Instagram, a subliminal message by Meg followed in the form of a post:
One of the best feelings is finally losing your attachment to somebody who isn’t good for you!
Sources also say that Megan Mullally & Debra Messing of Will and Grace fought regularly.
They fought constantly over everything from script changes to camera angles.
Megan had to miss two episodes. Her absence from the set of Will & Grace was rather surprising. It came after Warner Bros warned her of consequences. She was becoming a problem for all the cast members. According to some sources:
Megan went into meltdown mode when she got called on the carpet. She had her therapist write a letter telling them she was suffering from ‘emotional issues’ and needed time to rest!
During the off-time, she was promoting The Greatest Love Story Ever Told. The book is written by Megan Mullally and her husband Nick Offerman.
Is the Instagram Post A Good Sign?
The recent post shows the main leads of Will and Grace hugging each-other. Is it a sign the feud is over? Well… I don’t know. It could also be a publicity stunt as well. We’ll just have to wait on this one.
