These include a new Green Goblin (played by James Franco), Sandman (played by Thomas Haden Church), and Venom (played by Topher Grace).

Emma Stone returned as Gwen Stacy, Jamie Foxx, Dane DeHaan, and Paul Giamatti were the newest supervillains in the movie. This came about when it was announced that Sony and Marvel would co-produce all future Spider-Man movies.
This film is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo. It stars some of the greatest from the Marvel universe like Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., and Scarlet Johansson. 7. Spider-Man: Homecoming
While Captain America: Civil War sets the stage for Tom Holland as Spider-Man, the actor truly shines in Jon Watts’ Spider-Man: Homecoming which came out in 2017. The Tom Holland Spider-Man tenure kicks off by introducing Zendaya as MJ, Peter Parker’s love interest, and Jacob Batalon as Ned, Peter’s best friend. It also showcases Michael Keaton as the new supervillain named Vulture.
While Jon Watts’ version does not include the origin story of Spider-Man, it does show Peter Parker’s struggle to adjust to the superhero life, similar to the previous movies. 8. Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

In this movie, a different universe with several web-slinger is introduced. It follows teenager Miles Morales from Brooklyn who gets bitten by a radioactive spider. This causes him to start developing Spidey’s senses.
He eventually runs into Peter Parker who informs him that he is just one of many Spider-People and that he must use his abilities to stop the evil Kingpin. This year, a sequel to this film called Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (Part One) will hit theatres. You can watch this animated Spider-Man film by either renting or buying it on Amazon Prime.
9. Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: End Game
A special mention to the Avengers movies is necessary for this list as even though they are not exactly Spider-Man movies, the superhero does play an important part in both the films. Both Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame comes from directors Anthony and Joe Russo. Both films were released in 2018 and 2019, respectively.
Even though Tom Holland’s Spider-Man does play an important part in the film, he does not get much screen time. Since of course most of the screen time is given to the Avengers themselves. 10. Spider-Man: Far From Home
The second installment to the Tom Holland-led Spider-Man came in 2019, also from director Jon Watts. Zendaya and Jacob Batalon return to the screens as their respective characters while Jake Gyllenhaal and Samuel L. Jackson are the newest additions.
The film follows Peter Parker while on vacation in Europe where he battles four destructive elemental monsters. He soon gets assistance from Mysterio, a fellow superhero with a shrouded past. The most recent and what one would call the most iconic installment to Tom Holland’s Spider-Man tenure came just last year in 2021. This film is also directed by Jon Watts. The film contains an uber-talented cast of Zendaya, Benedict Cumberbatch, Jacob Batalon, Jamie Foxx, Willem Dafoe, and Alfred Molina. In order to hide his identity as Spiderman, Peter Parker asks Doctor Strange for assistance.
However, a number of uninvited visitors invade their world as the spell he performs becomes tainted.
