The gorgeous Jennifer Garner has worked in many movies. One of the most famous movies of Garner is ’13 going on 30′ starring Mark Ruffalo. And Ben Affleck needs no introduction. The popular actor has starred in several Batman movies like ‘Justice League’ and ‘Batman vs. Superman’ etc. Who doesn’t know Jennifer Lopez? The stunning actress and singer has starred in many movies like ‘The Boy Next Door’ and has many hit songs as well like ‘Ain’t Yo Mama’ and the ever-so-famous ‘On the Floor’.

The history of Jennifer Garner, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck first met at the set of ‘Pearl Harbour’ in 2000. The two reunited on the set of ‘Pearl Harbour’ in 2002 which is where romance started to spark between the two. Ben Affleck shared:

“We met on ‘Pearl Harbor,’ which people hate, but we fell in love on ‘Daredevil.’ By the way, she won most of the fights in the movie, which was a pretty good predictor of what would happen down the road — my wife, holding swords and beating the living s— out of me.”

But Ben was dating Jennifer Lopez at the time. Lopez and Affleck even got engaged later in 2002. Despite Ben Affleck being engaged to Jennifer Lopez and Jennifer Garner being married to Scott Foley, the two were flirtatious with each other. This happened in 2003 when they both appeared on ‘Dinner for Five’, a chat show.

Then in March 2003, Jennifer Garner split with husband Scott Foley and Foley shared at the time:

“Jennifer became a huge celebrity. She became a huge star, and she deserved everything she got. There was no other relationship, there was no infidelity, nothing. People get divorced, you know?”

In May of 2003, Garner officially divorces Foley. And then in January of 2004, Ben Affleck breaks up with fiance Jennifer Lopez. It hit Lopez pretty hard, she shared at the time:

“I was eviscerated. I lost my sense of self, questioned if I belonged in this business, thought maybe I did suck at everything.”

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner were seen together at a World Series game. The two were romantically playful with each other with confirmed the news that the two were together. In April 2005, Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck get engaged. And then on June 2005, the two get married. During their marriage, they had three kids together Violet Anne Affleck, Seraphina Rose Elizabeth Affleck and Samuel Garner Affleck.

The couple hit a rocky road because of Ben’s struggles with alcoholism but they came out of it. Both of them have been there for each other every step of the way but they unfortunately split up. The reason is still unknown. After 10 years, both of them decided to get a divorce in 2015. It was finalized in 2017. Affleck shared on February 2020:

“I’m very grateful and respectful of her. Our marriage didn’t work, and that’s difficult. Both of us really believe that it’s important for kids to see their parents respect one another and get along, whether they’re together or not.”

Jennifer Garner initially said she was heartbroken that she wouldn’t get to dance with her daughter’s father at her wedding. But later she said:

“When our kids get married, we’ll dance, I know that now. We’ll boogaloo and have a great time. I don’t worry about that anymore.”

Fans have gone crazy over the news of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez getting back together. This news sent fans straight into the ‘Bennifer’ era. Reportedly, both the celebrities are taking it very seriously this time as JLo is possibly moving to Los Angeles to be with Ben Affleck. Obviously, all of us are extremely happy for them but what does Jennifer Garner think of this?

We think that it won’t be easy for Jennifer Garner to see Ben getting married to Jennifer Lopez but according to US Weekly source, Garner has given her approval over the Bennifer reunion. A source shared:

“She’s trying to live her life and raise her kids, and the last thing she wants to be doing is be dealing with Ben’s love life. Her focus is always on the kids’ happiness and Ben being a good father.”

Previously, there was also a source that said that Jennifer Garner only wants what’s best for her ex-husband, Ben Affleck:

“Jen isn’t bothered by Ben hanging out with J.Lo or anyone else. She wants what is best for Ben.”

Apparently, Jennifer Lopez is also pretty okay with Garner as well. She says that Garner is a kind and wonderful person and an amazing mother.
