The stars of the hit show Vampire Diaries have joined hands in starting a new Podcast show called Directionally Challenged. The actresses that played Caroline Forbes (Candice King) and Vicki Donovan (Kayla Ewell) are heading this new podcast.
Directionally Challenged is about the professional and personal experiences of both the Vampire Dairies stars. Besides the two-star hosts, the podcast consists of a director and producer Jake Ferry and editor Melissa Monts.
The Vampire Diaries stars Ewell and King say that most of their audience members will be able to relate to the experiences they talk about.
Both the hosts have described the podcast as something that is going to realign their internal compasses. The actresses, who are 30-something old will embark on a journey to discuss instant gratification, jealousy in friendship, grief, and humor and much more.
Candice and Kayla have hinted at several guest appearances on the show. Micheal Trevino, Tyler Lockwood of Vampire Diaries, has already appeared on the show.
We’re hoping other notable cast members such as Damon Salvatore (Ian Somerhalder), Elena Gilbert (Nina Dobrev), and Stefan Salvatore (Paul Wesley) show up as well. But the podcast’s hosts have not given out any official confirmations on their appearances.
One might think the podcast would only focus mainly on Candice King and Kayla Ewell but both of them make sure to find answers to questions relevant for all of us. They have had directors, fellows actors, young entrepreneurs and comedians as guests on their show. Consequently, all of these guests gave a very thorough insight into their careers and how they tackle various issues.
Candice King is all set to return to the TV screen again with the return of her character Caroline in the Vampire Diaries and Originals spin-off, Legacies.
