Paul Wesley Jokes about Ian Somerhalder’s Directing

T he popular actor and director Ian Somerhalder took to Instagram to talk about one of his directing experiences. And although the comments section immediately exploded with appreciation, his fellow co-star Paul Wesley thought otherwise. And decided to joke around and poke some fun at Somerhalder’s directing skills.

Ian Somerhalder Shares Directing Experience

Somerhalder shared a video of himself directing what appears to be a television show, and added in the caption that this was him directing, and he loved it. Apparently, one of his brilliant producing partners sent the picture to him.

Ian Somerhalder expressed that he no idea how intense he looked when directing. But  Somerhalder also told everyone to respect directors more. He claimed that if anyone actually made one episode of television, and knew what it takes they would not talk shit about others. It takes long hours and hard effort for just single episode.

Somerhalder also teased that a production was coming soon to television or mobile devices near anyone. And with that, he meant Netflix. He also issued a graphic warning while teasing the V Wars for Netflix.

Paul Wesley Jokingly Comments About Ian Somerhalder as a Director

Although the public immediately took over Ian Somerhalder’s post to comment their appreciation for his work, and applaud his directing skills, fellow actor Paul Wesley had other plans. He commented underneath the post joking around Somerhalder’s directing skills:

What made Wesley come up with this joke is probably not ever crossing our minds. But we know for sure that he has no doubts about Ian Somerhalder or his skills. And it’s just a comment intended for fun.
