Hilarie Burton got married to her long-time boyfriend Jeffrey Dean Morgan. You may recognize Norris from popular TV shows Supernatural and The Walking Dead.
And Burton wasn’t the only one who had co-stars attending the wedding. Jeffrey Dean Morgan revealed that Supernatural’s Jensen Ackles and Walking Dead’s Norman Reedus actually officiated the wedding:

Hilarie Burton and Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s Relationship History
The couple share two children together (George Virginia Morgan, Augustus Morgan) already and had been in a relationship for 10 years before tying the knot.

Sophia Bush and Hilarie Burton starred in One Tree Hill. The series ran from 2003-2012. Burton went on to star in series such as White Collar, Grey’s Anatomy, Extant, Hostages and Lethal Weapon. Whereas Bush has starred in Chicago Fire, Chicago Med, and Chicago P.D. She also has a popular podcast called Work in Progress. Despite their busy careers, the two have still maintained a close friendship just like their on-screen characters.
