Another day, another celebrity ( Miley Cyrus ) Kardashian-Jenner faced some backlash over her tone-deaf actions. After Kim Kardashian, this month’s Kardashian-Jenner to land in some hot trouble is Kendall Jenner. Not only is she receiving some major criticism from her fans but also from fellow celebrities, including Ms. Miley Cyrus.

Kendall Jenner decided to throw a Halloween bash the past weekend to celebrate her 25th birthday. However, this party includes 100 guests and zero masks. For obvious reasons, this did not sit well with her fans OR other celebrities.
Why is having a Halloween party with 100 guests a big deal? Let me recap it for you.
Just in case anyone forgot, we are still in the middle of fighting a global pandemic. COVID-19 still exists and has been hitting us with the second wave in most places.
In the US, the record of most patients in one day alone has been broken with 1000 new infected patients recorded.
And for Kendall to have a party with 100 guests with zero masks and no regard for social distancing is probably the most tone-deaf thing any Kardashian-Jenner has ever done. But we cannot be sure since they have done plenty!
However, the rising coronavirus cases did not seem to stop Kendall from throwing a star-studded Halloween party. Some of the attendees included Hailey and Justin Bieber, The Weeknd, Doja Cat, and Jaden Smith. Kendall’s family members also attended the party including sisters Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian, Scott Disick, Kanye West, and more.
Unlike Kendall Jenner, there were many celebrities who decided to not be ignorant and stay at home for Halloween. These celebrities include Ariana Grande and Miley Cyrus, to name a few.
However, not only did Miley stay at home and adhere to the social distancing instructions, she unfollowed everyone who attended Kendall’s party on Instagram. Including the birthday girl herself.
So it turns out, it was not only the fans that were upset, it was also other celebrities who were not as tone-deaf as the Kardashian-Jenners and other stars who attended the party.
Since celebrities are supposed to be role models and lead by example, they could have waited to have a birthday or Halloween party. Just getting a COVID-19 test and donating to charities is not enough if you cannot be careful enough to not infect other people.
These celebrities might have access to the top medical care any human can receive but they could still infect someone who cannot.
