Justin Timberlake, the heartthrob American celebrity, has recently revealed a pretty different speck of his aptitude. The Tennessean artist is now a gratified author of the book, “Hindsight & All the Things I Can’t See in Front of Me”. It’s an endearing account that focuses on Timberlake’s life journey. The best part of the memoir is the portion where he narrates his relationship with his beloved wife, actress/model, Jessica Biel (Cora Tanetti, The Sinner fame). The couple tied the knot back in 2012, has recently celebrated their sixth marriage anniversary. And they are currently living happily with their adorable toddler Silas.
The Grammy winner and his celebrity wife have never spoken about their relationship publicly. The tale is; hence, quite delighting for their earnest fans. Justin Timberlake has penned some adorable moments of his love life in his book. It’s about how they met, dated and eventually got married.
First Meeting of Justin Timberlake And Jessica Biel
The lovebirds first faced each other at the Golden Globes, back in 2007. It was a ‘Love at First Sight’ type of encounter. Both were attending a surprise party in Hollywood at a private club, and they were chit-chatting with a group of people.
Recollecting those precious moments, Timberlake narrated.
“I made some sort of sarcastic comment, really dry. Nobody got it except her. She laughed, and I noticed, all of a sudden, and in the way where you wonder if a person’s like you, if they have a very dry, dark sense of humor too.”
Later, the pair started chatting and they talked throughout the night. Unfortunately, Jessica left the party without exchanging their phone numbers. This romantic encounter was later ratified by Beverly Mitchell, Biel’s “7th Heaven” costar and friend. Beverly got the hint that the couple was dating at the party.
Beverly told in an interview:
“It was very, very sweet, they were definitely flirting. They were really cute.”
The former NSYNC band member further elaborated on the story. He explained that after the first meeting with Jessica, he was continuously thinking about her. There was something about the girl which he couldn’t ignore. He; thus, really got involved in Biel.
About the premature affection, Justin Timberlake scolds himself in his book,
“Goddamn it. I had to psych myself up. I had to remind myself that I was me—giving myself a pep talk, shadowboxing with myself, rubbing my own shoulders.”
The Aftermath:
The couple met again in 2007. Later in the same year, Jessica Biel and her friend joined Justin on a bus tour to Anaheim.
Recalling that memorable bus trip, the 37-year-old superstar stated,
“Jess and I talked the whole way up, joking around. Before she got off the tour bus, I said, ‘Can I have your number?’”
They started openly dating in 2007. Later in 2011, Justin proposed Jessica and the couple got married on October 19th, 2012 at an enchanting Italian location. The celebrity couple had their first son in 2015.
