Josh Groban Gets Restraining Order Against Stalker Woman

With the celebrity status comes many hardships and dangers. In a similar situation, Josh Groban had to deal with a stalker woman for years. However, now he has obtained a restraining order against her.

Not only is he a world-renowned singer, his acting has gained him two Emmy nominations.

In 1997, he met David Foster, a Grammy-winning producer, and thus began his journey towards a successful music career. After Josh Groban stood-in for Andrea Bocelli, he got more outreach. This led him to appear in Ally McBeal and Rosie O’Donnell’s show. In 2001, he released his first album, Josh Groban. Since then, four of his album has been multi-platinum with 25 million records sold worldwide. At the same time, his acting career is as successful. Groban has starred in TV shows like American Dad, Parks and Recreation, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, and The Good Cop. Meanwhile, he has appeared in films like Crazy, Stupid Love, The Hollars, and Muppets Most Wanted.

Recently, Josh Groban got a restraining order against a stalker woman.

According to Josh Groban, a woman has been harassing and stalking him since 2011. After meeting her through a mutual friend, he did plan to meet her. However, he had to cancel their meeting due to illness. But the woman did not leave him alone and started stalking Josh Groban. The woman kept sending him messages, texts, emails as well as contacted his family and girlfriend. Last month, she sent Josh Groban a message that said:

‘You wanna try honoring the home we’re going to have children in by not f***ing other women in it’.

While he kept ignoring the woman, it became extremely dangerous and scary when she informed him that she was aware of where he lives. Finally, he has obtained a restraining order against her. In the restraining order, the woman is to stay 100 yards away from Groban, his family, and girlfriend, Schuyler Helford.
