For Millennials. By Millennials.
Game of Thrones Prequel, House of the Dragon, has started becoming a reality. The search for the Targaryens to blow our minds has officially begun. HBO did a pretty good job in terms of the cast of Game of Thrones, and we expect nothing less this time. We are expecting the show to hit the screens somewhere in 2022, and it makes sense to start the process of casting. We also expect the shooting to start this year as well.

The Game of Thrones Prequel is about?
The Game of Thrones Prequel is set 300 years before Daenerys Targaryen’s reign. Her ancestors, Aegon Targaryen, the Conquerer, first of his name, and his sister-wives -Visenya Targaryen and Rhaenys Targaryen – will be the main lead roles. We will see how these Targaryen siblings took Westeros with their dragons – Balerion, Vhagar, and Meraxes – and ruled the seven kingdoms for centuries. Basically, this series is based on George R. R. Martin’s new book “Fire & Blood” which will hit the stands on May 5th, 2020. So if you read the book, don’t become a spoiler machine to your friends. No one likes that.
Knight Edge Media has shed some more light on the casting call of the three roles. What is common among the characteristics of each actor is that they will be of Caucasian origin and in their twenties. Knight Media also confirmed by show-runners Ryan J. Condal & Miguel Sapochnik, that the series will begin filming later this year. Miguel Sapochnik will also direct the first episode of the Game of Thrones Prequel, House of the Dragon. We hope, that the series House of the Dragon, will branch out of the Targaryen family’s history in the series and also include more characters outside of Westeros, Perhaps, some members of the houses of Dorne and the Summer Islands.
