Adele's New Music Album Releasing in September 2020?

Adele’s New Music Album Releasing in September 2020?

Adele just gave her fans an update on the release date for her new album. And the singer seems to be backing down on her promise that the release of new music was coming earlier this year. The last album of Adele, ’25’, was released when she was 27-years-old, back in November of 2015. She is now 32-years-old, and we have not seen another album come out.

She for sure makes one trust in the “You can’t rush a genius,” phrase. But 2020 has also been a difficult year. Fans are eager to know when they would be listening and dancing to Adele’s new songs. The young singer, who is normally quite reserved about her work, gave her fans and followers an update.

The “Hello” singer put up a photo of herself singing, soon fans became excited to know whether she was giving them a clue about a new album.

A fan commented:

“Teaser? Album coming out today???!!!! Tell me now???!!!!”

To which the lovely singer replied:

“Of course, it’s not. Corona ain’t over. I’m quarantining. Wear a mask and be patient.”

Jonathan Dickins, Adele’s manage also verified that the schedule for the singer’s new album has been postponed until further notice, he told music week:

“It isn’t coming in September; it’ll be ready when it’s ready. We are all in the same boat, you are doing stuff and then all of a sudden, the world stops. It will come when it is ready. I cannot put a date on that yet. We have music, but we’re still working.”

Should Adele and Rihanna join forces?

It has been five years since the release of Adele’s previous album, ’25’.

At this point, Rihanna and Adele should just maybe join forces and throw out an album collectively so that all of their fans can after all have some peace of mind. Because Rihanna has also been keeping fans in the dark about the release of her album.

But if it is at all like ’25’, the album for which Adele took home Grammys for Best Pop Vocal Album and Album of the Year.  Which, for 2015, was the world’s best-selling album, then the wait will be a fine price to pay.

Adele is not alone in taking this decision of postponing her album because of the global coronavirus pandemic that is still widespread in America. Many other artists such as Alanis Morissette, Lady Gaga, The Chicks, once known as The Dixie Chicks, Alicia Keys, Margo Price, Haim, and several have delayed their album release dates this year.
