Amber Heard and Johnny Depp’s fiasco has been the messiest breakup in Hollywood. Last month, leaked audiotapes revealed Amber confessing to hitting Johnny and saying “nobody will believe you”. And now, new images have been leaked in an exclusive, showing Amber Heard cuddling up to entrepreneur Elon Musk in an elevator.

Amber Heard & Elon Musk had an affair:
Amber Heard is wearing a swimsuit under the towel in the images. And Tesla CEO Elon Musk is embracing her in a ‘hug’. The pictures are shot at the private elevator of a luxury apartment complex in downtown LA. The couple lived together at the apartment until Depp left after the divorce. Johnny Depp has accused the pair of having an affair one month into their marriage. However, Musk insists they only began seeing each other after Heard filed for divorce. And the relationship didn’t become romantic ‘until sometime later’.
The Pirates of the Caribbean star filed a $50 million defamation lawsuit on Amber Heard. He had also subpoenaed Elon Musk over his text messages. There are no timestamps on the leaked images. However, security guards have gone on record to say that Elon visited Amber multiple times before and after the divorce. The lawsuit states that Amber asked her staff to give ‘friend Elon’ access to the parking and elevator. And the staff said to have also seen Musk leaving the building early morning.
Johnny Depp’s defamation lawsuit:
Depp and Heard had a $7 million settlement for their divorce. However, Amber Heard penned an op-ed about her domestic violence experience in the Washington Post later. Even though she did not specifically name Depp, all the details pointed to him. As a result, Depp lost his job and was publicly shamed and ridiculed. He filed a defamation lawsuit on Amber Heard for her op-ed. His legal team also filed a lawsuit on the tabloid newspaper ‘The Sun‘ for calling him a ‘wife-beater‘. James Franco is also caught up in this mess. He was sharing an elevator ride with Amber Heard, supposedly the night after she split up with Johnny Depp. Her legal team has clarified that they were just sharing the elevator. However, Depp’s lawyers subpoenaed him over what the pair discussed and whether she had any visible bruises.
