On the 10th anniversary of Women’s Health Magazine; the actress gave an inspiring interview to the publication. The magazine honored the actress by placing her as the inspiring icon on the cover page of its 10th anniversary issue.
Witherspoon also discussed launching of her business and her role as an advocate for other women on Friday afternoon at the Texas Conference for Women.

Reese Witherspoon, the 39-year-old mother of three, is extremely ambitious. As a matter of fact, this career-oriented actress is on an awareness mission. The actress is teaching women about the worth of women empowerment. In this regard, the Academy award winner exclaimed in her interview that she doesn’t understand why this society views ambitious women as ugly or arrogant.
She said,
‘How wonderful it would be for our culture not to see ambition as an ugly thing within a woman’s personality’.
Reese doesn’t think that ambition is a dirty word. on the contrary, it’s a positive word that helps you reaffirm your dreams and goals. It motivates you to stay on a path you want.
Regarding women ambitions her thoughts are clear. She wants to establish the significance of ambitious females in this male-dominant society.

At present, Reese Witherspoon is trying hard to erase the dirt from the term ‘Female Ambition.’ She is doing it to modify the patriarchal social set-ups.
Recently, Witherspoon wrote an article on women empowerment for Glamour magazine.
However, the feminist celebrity also talked to “Good Morning America” today.
“We’ve done all these studies at Harvard and Columbia about women who have ambitious qualities are seen as selfish or self-serving, and it’s actually completely opposite. Usually they have a mission or a drive to help other people or accomplish something.”
In fact, her production company, Pacific Standard Films is featuring stories on women. She adapted women-centered tales from best seller novels, like the one she herself stars in; Big Little Lies.
Reese’s Ambitious Business:
Furthermore, this ambitious lady has introduced her outstanding clothing line, Draper James.
In addition, her brand works with a charity called Girls Inc.

‘When I started Draper James, it was so important for me to give back to women who are entrepreneurial,’
Simultaneously, the brand along with the Girls Inc., creates incredible programs all over the US for economically stable women empowerment. Witherspoon’s production has four television shows in line. These shows are penned by women from all walks of life.
