Amazon Prime Video has given us two new shows to love in 2019: The Boys and Carnival Row. Both shows have thrilling stories, amazing characters, and binge-worthy episodes. However, while we are waiting for these shows to return with season 2, let’s take a look at what’s new on Amazon Prime Video this January & February 2020.
Just Add Magic: Mystery City | Amazon Prime Video
Released on January 17, 2020, Just Add Magic: Mystery City has all the Prime Video kids hooked to the show. It is a spin-off of Just Add Magic, a fantasy based on a magical cookbook. The cookbook lands in the hands of three new protectors living in Bay City. The three new protectors are step-siblings Leo (Tyler Sanders) and Zoe (Jolie Hoang-Rappaport), and their neighbor Ish (Jenna Qureshi).
Season 1 of Just Add Magic: Mystery City has 10 episodes, with an average duration of 27 minutes each. While fans are already hoping for a season 2, you can watch the trailer of season 1 below:
Star Trek: Picard
Patrick Stewart returns to the screens as Jean-Luc Picard in the 8th series of the Star Trek Franchise; Star Trek: Picard. As the name indicates, this new show focuses on Picard who is a retired Starfleet Admiral now.
The returning cast includes Brent Spiner, Marina Sirtis, Jeri Ryan, and Jonathan Frakes. While the new cast has Santiago Cabrera, Alison Pill, and Michelle Hurd. The show will release weekly episodes. So, unlike any other Prime Video show, you will have to watch the 10 episodes with gaps of 7 days in each episode.
Star Trek: Picard season 1 episode 1 was released on CBS All-Access on January 23, 2020, in the US. Amazon Prime is streaming the show in over 200 countries from January 24, 2020, i.e. within 24 hours of US release.

The show will be released on January 31, 2020. Apart from Elizabeth Kendall and her daughter Molly Kendall, Ted Bundy: Falling For A Killer also shares the stories of other survivors who came forward with unsettling new details and the infamous pull he had on women.
Hunters | Amazon Prime Video
There are 1000 reasons why you should be setting up reminders for Hunters. Al Pacino is part of 990 of those reasons. Hunters is scheduled to be released on February 21, 2020.
This Amazon Prime Video show focuses on a diverse band of Nazi Hunters living in New York City. With the 1977 outfits and hairstyles, the Nazi Hunters discover 100s of Nazi officials conspiring to create a fourth Reich in the US. Expect buckets of blood and gore from this one.
Hunters cast includes Al Pacino, Logan Lerman, Tiffany Boone, Kate Mulvany, Carol Kane, and Josh Radnor. This is a must-watch, a must-must-must watch. Because:
