Professional bodybuilder and YouTube star, Mike O’Hearn, is a well-known and respected figure in the fitness industry. The star of American Gladiators has been inspiring fans for almost three decades now. He is in the news these days but not for reasons you might think. The Titan met an embarrassing fall during a guest-posing at NPC North-West Championships and the memes have gone viral.

Who is Mike O’Hearn?

The 50-year-old is a professional bodybuilder, personal trainer and fitness YouTuber. He is in an amazing shape even at this age. Mike O’Hearn is the founder of Power Bodybuilding. It’s an amalgamation of Power-lifting and Bodybuilding, that focuses on muscle hypertrophy and strength. Hearn is a 7-time Fitness Model of the Year and has been featured on 500 plus magazine covers.

How did O’Hearn Fall of the Stage?

Mike O’Hearn has been a part of numerous bodybuilding shows over the years. On a recent event, however, the usual guest-posing turned into an embarrassing fall. At the NPC North-West Championships on 9 November, Mike met a mishap which led to the famous mass monster falling off stage.

The incident involving Mike O’Hearn on the 9th became an inspiration for some memes as well. One meme, in particular,  caught my attention.

Mike O’Hearn revealed an official statement regarding the incident.

I DID FALL OFF THE STAGE, I DIDN’T SEE THE EDGE, I DID INSTANTLY GET UP AND CONTINUE MY PERFORMANCE. QUITE EMBARRASSING, BUT LIFE IS GREAT THAT IT WILL KNOCK YOU DOWN [AND] ALWAYS KEEP YOU HUMBLE. I CAN APPRECIATE THE LITTLE THINGS. THE SHOW MUST GO ON. SOME BUMPS AND BRUISES, BUT I WILL BE FINE.
