For Millennials. By Millennials.
The upcoming Disney+ series “Loki” will have a time travel component in its story, as confirmed by the executive producer. Stephen Broussard said this in “Marvel Studios: Exploring the Universe“, which was released on Disney+ on November 11. He explained that the story will reveal a more human side of Loki; which somewhat lacked in the movies. “There will be a man on the run quality to it,” added Broussard. The cast of Avengers Endgame’s, Tom Hiddleston, series is releasing in 2021.
Disney+ Series “Loki” Coming Out In Spring 2021
Marvel Studios is currently building its Phase 4, which includes a handful of shows from Disney+. Among them is Tom Hiddleston’s series “Loki”. Kevin Feige has already announced that to fully grasp the storyline of Phase 4, one might have to consider watching TV shows in Disney+. This sparked a series of dissatisfaction among the MCU fans and critics. Unfortunately, this is how it is going to be. One can even think that Disney is leveraging the fame of Marvel to sell its Disney+ subscriptions.
Anyways, in this series for Loki, assumptions were that the story is set around the time when the God of Mischief escapes in Avengers Endgame with the Tesseract. This assumption proved to be correct except for its time-traveling component.
Luckily, executive producer Stephen Broussard confirmed this as well. We can only wait to figure out who will Loki run into when he goes on in his adventure in the Disney+ series.
Marvel President Kevin Feige said that the series will build up into Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness, which is coming to cinemas on May 7, 2021.
The release date for the show will be sometime in the spring of 2021.
