Along with Shammas, Lohan tagged her siblings, Dakota and Aliana. At the same time, she tagged the American jeweler, Harry Winston. This indicates that they must have designed her engagement ring. After Lindsay Lohan posted it, her mother and sister shared it in their stories.

Who is Bader Shammas?
