Last week, rumors spread after Liam Payne was spotted walking next to girlfriend Maya Henry with a big diamond on her finger. Not just any finger, the special one. The couple was walking out of what looked like a birthday dinner for the One Direction member.

Liam Payne Confirms He is Engaged to Maya Henry.
On September 3rd, Liam appeared on Good Morning America for a chat and the hosts opened with a warm congratulations. Although before this, he had not really mentioned much about his engagement, he responds,
We’re just really happy!
He does not speak much on the matter as we believe he does not want to disclose too much. However, we are happy enough to know that he doing well and is happy.

Among different critiques, some say the ring, amounted to £3 million, is Liam Payne’s way of buying back into the relationship. Although, that makes no sense. The ring is beautiful as is the newly engaged couple. Liam Payne and Maya Henry confirmed their relationship two years ago, shortly after Payne’s breakup with baby mama Cheryl.
Liam Payne also added that he is having a lot happening this week as his son Bear, who is three now, is starting school too. Oh, we can just imagine the little cuddly Bear on his way to school. More so, we would love to hear more about how Liam’s family feels about his engagement. Maya, 20 years old, is a model from Texas who has worked with Vogue Ukraine, Glamour, Elle Romania, and many others. She and Liam seem to not have been together through the 2020 global health pandemic lockdown. However, with the engagement now, they seem closer than ever. It sure seems like a good way for the One Direction member to start his new year.
