Troian Bellisario is an American actress most popular for her role as Spencer Hastings on ‘Pretty Little Liars’. Moreover, Troian got married to ‘Suits’ star Patrick J. Adams on the 10th of December in 2016. The couple has been married for over 4 years and they have two kids together. The couple had their first child, a girl, in 2018. They named their first born, Aurora. Troian and Patrick had their second child, Elliot, a few days ago. While the birth of Aurora took about 26 hours, the birth of Elliot was quick but pretty dramatic!
Patrick J. Adams reveals how Troian gave birth to their daughter in a car!
Troian Bellisario and Patrick Adams recently revealed how she gave birth to their second daughter in a car. While chatting with Katie Lowes, Adams told the fans that the baby was delivered while they were inside the car. Adams said that while driving towards the hospital he was going ‘1000 miles per hour’ in his head. He then asks a security guard stationed for help:
I get up to the guy and I say. It’s all happening in the car. You need to get the wheelchair down here. We need the people. All the people. All the professionals. It’s happening.
As soon as Adams opened the car door, Troian called for Patrick’s attention and told him that the baby was coming and that she couldn’t find a comfortable spot to rest her legs.
Patrick further explained the scene:
So she is still on all fours, b*tt facing the windshield. Her b*tt’s at my head level. So I just go and pull down her pants. And the baby’s head is right there!
At that point the Suits’ star realized he had no choice but to deliver the baby himself. Patrick said that he checked the baby’s neck to make sure that the umbilical cord wasn’t wrapped around it. He added:
One more push and the baby was all the way out.
He then turned the baby upside and says that as soon as he turned her upside down, she started crying and screaming.
Troian also added to the crazy story and said:
I just look over my shoulder, because I am still on all fours. And I see Patrick holding her upside down and she’s wailing. So I’m like, she’s alive, she’s OK. She’s breathing.
In an announcement on Instagram, she welcomed the birth of Elliot to the world saying:
“Ms Elliot Rowena Adams joined us on May 15th under the wildest of circumstances. A whole new ERA for this family. Welcome, my love.”
Meanwhile, Elliot’s father, Patick J. Adams shared on his Instagram page:
“+1…..Welcome to the funhouse, Ms. Elliot Rowena Adams. May your life be as unique and exciting as your arrival.”
A very heart congratulations to the couple indeed!
