What Cole Sprouse’s podcast Borrasca is about
Borrasca is an 8-episode-long thriller. Each episode will be approximately 30 minutes long. The WGA-nominated writer Rebecca Klingel wrote this thriller series. She’s a big deal! The WGA Awards are the Writers Guild of America Awards; they nominated her for the brilliant work on the Netflix Series ‘The Haunting of Hill House’.
The Podcast’s plotline follows Sam Walker (played by Cole Sprouse) as his family moves to a picturesque town in Missouri, Drisking. His family includes his mom, dad, and sister. However, soon after their move, Sam’s sister disappears. As the family goes through this, they realize there is more to the town than meets the eye. As it is discovered, Sam’s sister is not the only one who disappeared. There are several teens and young children disappearing in the town.
The character of Cole Sprouse, Sam, becomes obsessed with uncovering the truth behind these disappearances. The story takes a dark and unprecedented turn in the midst of local lore, legends, and juvenile rhymes.
The LA audio studio, QCode has scheduled this podcast to release in April. The Edge of Sleep by popular YouTuber Markiplier is one of QCode’s current productions. Their podcast Blackout has featured Rami Malek as the main cast.
The Borrasca podcast is a step in a new direction for Cole. The plot sounds interesting enough! There are high hopes associated with the podcast as the writer is Rebecca Klingel. Cole is also pretty good in his roles. His execution of the role of Jughead in Riverdale is so good! Let’s see where this goes.
