Bohemian Rhapsody Producer Working on Michael Jackson Biopic

The Bohemian Rhapsody producer has teamed up with Gladiator screenwriter, John Logan, to produce a ‘Michael Jackson biopic’. Graham King (who is also working on the Bee Gees film), has reportedly acquired all the rights to Michael’s personal and musical life.

What is ‘Michael Jackson Biopic’ about?

Michael Jackson’s life has been a roller-coaster ride. The child star of Jackson 5 band and TV cartoon series (that includes sister Janet Jackson), has been part of the headlines for all good and bad reasons.

The good ones include his achievements that saw hits like Thriller, Billie Jean and Beat It. The album’s immense success scored Michael Jackson seven Top 10 singles and eight Grammys.

In 1993, Gavin Arvizo accused the singer of child molestation. The news came as a shock because it was something no one could picture Michael doing.

2005 saw him acquitted of all charges. However, recent revelations from Leaving Neverland Documentary have raised more questions and his fans might not like them.

Will Biopic Address the Allegations?

The upcoming Bohemian Rhapsody producer project, Michael Jackson biopic will try to include all major events from Michael’s life. According to sources, Graham has full rights (awarded by the Jackson family) to use every part of the pop star’s private and professional life. John Logan, known for his writings in Aviator and Gladiator, will pen the screenplay for the Michael Jackson biopic.

There are rumors that the story will include all major events from his life and will not shy away from the scandals in Jackson’s career.

According to Deadline:

The controversies surrounding Michael Jackson will not be ignored in a film that will span his entire life.

Even in his death, the pop legend continues to inspire millions around the globe. Let’s just hope this new project is as good as Leaving Neverland Documentary and puts a cap to the questions surrounding the allegations, once and for all.
