For Millennials. By Millennials.
Unfortunately, everybody might already know that our power couple is no longer together. For those who find it hard to believe, it’s absolutely true. Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson split up a few months after their engagement. And even when it’s more than just sad, the couple felt that it was way too soon. Now that the split is official and confirmed, Ariana Grande is taking a social media break. Davidson had already deactivated his accounts before the split news broke out. But Ariana Grande has now followed suit. Honestly, the woman needs some time off. With people blaming her for Mac Miller’s death, and now her breakup, things definitely have not been easy for her.
Ariana Grande has broken her silence for the first time since the news came up. In a now deleted Instagram story from yesterday, she announced that she was going to take a well deserved social media break. This announcement came right after she concluded her work on NBC’s A Very Wicked Halloween concern special.
Her Instagram post reportedly said that,
Ok today was v special and i’m so grateful i was able to be there. time to say bye bye to the internet for just a lil bit. it’s hard not to bump news n stuff that i’m not tryna to see rn. it’s very sad and we’re all tryin very hard to keep goin. love u. and thank u for bein here always.
Right some time after the split, Ariana Grande also used social media to talk about her anxiety. She wrote that she could not believe her anxiety was going to take over her. But she won’t let it happen again, the next day, or the day after that, or ever again.
Breaking up right 4 months after being engaged, especially for a couple that was as open to PDA as these two certainly wasn’t an easy choice. So let’s just let Ariana Grande take her earned social media break while we hope for her recovery to happiness.
