Caroline Flack, Sophie Gradon and Mike Thalassitis | 3 Mysterious Love Island Suicides?

Caroline Flack’s death is now one of the 3 mysterious Love Island suicides and it’s quite alarming. Before the ITV host, contestants Sophie Gradon and Mike Thalassitis also took their lives after appearing on the popular reality TV show.

How did Caroline Flack die?

The host(Caroline Flack) of popular British reality TV-show Love Island died this Saturday(15 February 2020) after taking her own life. 40-year-old previously hosted  ITV2 shows such as I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! NOW! (2009–2010) and The Xtra Factor (2011–2013).

She then went on to host the famous reality TV show Love Island in 2015 and then left the show after she was accused and arrested for assaulting boyfriend Lewis Burton(British Tennis Player).

Caroline Flack’s Boyfriend Lewis Burton, however, denies being assaulted. Ms. Flack’s tragic death comes just 3 weeks short of her trial. She was due to appear in court on 4th March 2020 and whether her tragic death has got anything to do with the trial is still a mystery.

Not the only ‘Love Island’ member to die

Flack, however, is not the only celebrity suicide linked to the British dating reality series. In 2018, Love Island contestant Sophie Gradon died by suicide and 2019 saw the death of Mike Thalassitis by suicide as well.

The real reasons behind Sophie and Mike’s death are still a mystery. Caroline Flack’s suicide has reignited the issue of mental health among Love Island contestants. The Dating reality tv show’s bosses and the team has been accused of not being nice to participants with mental health problems.

The show’s future might be in danger after Caroline Flack’s suicide. The administration is also under fire for not looking after participants who suffer from mental health problems. It’s unsure if Love Island will even air this Sunday.
