Lil Nas X ended up ripping his pants during his Saturday Night Live performance. Last weekend, the singer was giving a provocative performance on Saturday Night Live where he was also singing his song Montero “Call Me by Your Name”. But it was Nas’s bad luck that he actually ripped his pants during the performance. His pants split as he was dancing on the stripper pole and Nas just covered his cr*tch with his hand. The most shocking part is that the rapper did not stop his performance. He finished his song and dance with his hand on his cr*tch. That’s pretty impressive, right? Uhh. Not really. But the best part of the whole act was the expressions on Lil Nas’s face when he realized that he split his pants.

Lil Nas X was invited to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Monday. The rapper explained what had happened at his performance on Saturday Night Live. He recalled the whole thing with a smile and said
I was pretty much going down on the pole. doing my little s*xy drop-down and boom! I feel air.
The famous rapper also added:
I was like, there is definitely a breeze going on.
Furthermore, he said that he also heard some popping still happening after the rip. He said he prayed to God Just please not on TV and especially ‘when Saturday Night Live is actually LIVE‘. So, you can understand the humiliation and embarrassment. Well, we totally get you. But the way Jimmy copied Lil Nas X’s pant ripping and cr*tch hiding thing, it was priceless.
Nas further mentioned that the dancers were supposed to tease him at the end
You know what the worst part is? at the end of the performance, the dancers were supposed to touch me and tug on me and whatever. they were tugging on the pants. I was like “Please, God, No”. And I could not say it because we were in performance.
Jimmy Fallon then played the clip and the rapper laughed along with the hosts and the audience and all of them proceeded to talk about his smooth recovery.
The funny part about the performance is that SNL people didn’t have any idea that he split his pants. And at the end of the performance, when Lil Nas X was supposed to leave the stage, he said:
I literally cannot leave. everyone here would see everything. Please bring me a towel
