A young US rapper Nick Blixky has died in the aftermath of a shooting incident in Brooklyn. The up and coming artist was just 21.

According to an official statement by the New York Police Department, the NYPD responded to a 911 call about a man shot in front of 200 Winthrop Street. The Brooklyn rapper was found unresponsive upon arrival.
Nick Blixky, 21, was found unconscious and unresponsive with gunshot wounds to his torso and buttocks.
In response to the call, local emergency service workers rushed to the scene and took him to the hospital. They performed all the necessary procedures and tried to bring him back to consciousness but the efforts were all in vain. He was pronounced dead at the NYC Health + Hospitals Corporation not long after being brought in. The cause of Nick Blixky death was gunshots to his upper and lower body
The 21-year-old rapper hails from Brooklyn and was about to release his first mixtape in less than a month. He shared that on his Instagram, just hours before the murder took place.

In December 2018, Nick released Drive the Boat feat 22Gz & Nas Blixky. The official music video was a World Star Hip Hop (WSHH) exclusive and raked in over 2 million views on YouTube. There’s no further information available on Nick Blixky’s murder at the moment.
