Just want to remind everyone that Chris D’elia is a piece of shit

Martella is famous for voicing Ferb in the famous Disney cartoon show. However, he isn’t the only Hollywood celebrity to call out and speak against D’Elia’s predatory behavior. In the past few weeks, a number of D’Elia’s friends, colleagues, and other celebrities spoke against the comedian.

Hollywood cancels D’Elia

Celebrities and Hollywood were pretty unanimous in their stance on Chris D’Elia. His former Whitney co-star Whitney Cummings spoke against the comedian, despite being his colleague for years. She issued a statement, saying:

This is a pattern of predatory behavior. This abuse of power is enabled by silence. Now that I’m aware, I won’t be silent. Girls should be able to be a fan of a comedian they admire without becoming a sexual target.

Moreover, Theo Vonn and Bobby Lee also had their say on the controversy. Vonn said that he wishes Chris D’Elia would “get the help he needs”. Bobby Lee felt like he lost a loved one, saying “I feel like I lost a friend”. However, it is interesting to note that Joe Rogan has been mostly quiet about his stance on the issue. It is especially surprising, considering that D’Elia was on his podcast more than once. But, D’Elia has faced more than just verbal condemnation.

His career takes a hit as well

The industry as a whole took a hard stance on D’Elia’s sexual misconduct. His agency, Career Arts Agency (CAA), fired him as their client. Moreover, Comedy Central, Hulu, and Amazon Prime have removed episodes from Workaholics in which D’Elia appeared as a child molester. Other than that, Netflix also canceled D’Elia’s unscripted prank show with comedian and personal friend, Bryan Callen, who also condemned D’Elia’s predatory behavior on Fighter and the Kid Podcast with Brendan Schaub.
