Is Charli D’Amelio buying followers or not? Receipts!
Charli D’Amelio is an influencer, TikTok star, professional dancer, and social media personality who received a lot of popularity on the video-sharing app TikTok. She has gained a large following on the platform, with millions of followers and likes on her videos. To add to the success of her career on TikTok, D’Amelio has also gained a massive following on other social media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube. She has been featured in various media outlets and made appearances on television and in music videos.
At just 16 years of age, she rose to fame reasonably fast. Considering her popularity, it is clear that out of these followers, not all are her admirers. But some seem to suggest otherwise to cause some drama.
At this moment, we are unsure of the fact of who is telling the truth. But it seems like the famous celebrity host, Wendy Williams, had much to say about Charli D’Amelio. Some have even called it straight on-air-bullying. Wendy called out Charli for “fake crying” when she started losing followers before gaining them back.
In a family YouTube vlog titled dinner with the D’Amelios, they had James Charles as a mystery guest to have dinner with. The Chefs served snails as a joke, and Dixie and Charli were rude toward him. Plus, Charli D’Amelio made a remark that implied she’s taking her number of followers for granted. Later, they cleared the situation after the backlash they received. However, Charli started to lose followers.
She went live and cried, talking about the situation. Soon after it, Charli D’Amelio started to gain followers again. But these receipts suggest something else:

While some people on the internet have stated that they always thought Charli was buying followers, others are asking tea channels to stop spending time on such rumors. Instead, they should focus on other essential things happening in the world.
Charli herself has not yet responded to these comments. She’s remaining clear of the drama, which seems to be a wise choice.
How many followers can you buy?
Some online businesses are available that help you gain followers on TikTok. In an experiment video posted by a YouTuber, Biaheza, uploaded in March, some online websites are shown that offer packages concerning the number of followers. However, the maximum number of followers you can buy through those websites is 5000 daily by paying $60+.
You can do the maths. In Charli’s case, even if she bought followers to reach the 100 million mark, how many cards were used and packages were purchased to do so? That’s kind of suspicious.
We will update you if and when Charli D’Amelio responds to the controversial statements made by Wendy Williams.
