Silicon Valley actor Thomas Middleditch has been accused of sexual misconduct. The alleged incident happened at a nightclub in Los Angeles back in 2019, when Middleditch reportedly “groped” a group of women. Here are the details.
Sexual misconduct allegations against Thomas Middleditch

According to an LA Times report, a woman named Hannah Harding revealed that Middleditch “groped” her and her group of friends at an LA nightclub, named Cloak & Dagger, back in October of 2019. The report further stated that Middleditch “made lewd sexual overtures” towards Harding and her girlfriends. Later on, he kept pursuing Harding, who at the time of the incident was 21 years old.
Moreover, Harding claims that the incident of sexual misconduct happened in front of several of her friends and employees, which includes the club’s operations manager Kate Morgan. Harding claims that Morgan later told her bosses Adam Bravin and Michael Patterson to “kick Middleditch out and ban him”. But, Morgan felt that her bosses “dismissed” her plea.
I told Adam that he needed to listen, that this was not OK.
Hannah Harding further claimed that Thomas Middleditch apologized for his actions in an Instagram direct message. According to the report, he allegedly wrote:
Hannah I had no idea my actions were that weird for you … I know you probably want to put me on blast as a monster, I don’t expect you to want to be my friend or anything … I am so ashamed I made you uncomfortable.
Furthermore, Harding claimed to have seen Middleditch grope other women too. But the club owners “cared more about famous people at their club than women’s safety”.
Cloak & Dagger under scrutiny
Apart from the allegations on Thomas Middleditch, the nightclub is also under a lot of scrutinies. 10 women, 4 of which are former employees including Kate Morgan, have alleged that the nightclub’s co-owners Bravin and Patterson ignored multiple claims of sexual misconduct repeatedly before their closure last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, Patterson responded to the Times, saying:
My goal for Cloak & Dagger was to create an atmosphere that would inspire people to be their best and most creative self.
