Jerry Seinfeld Is Getting On His Wife’s Nerves!

Jerry Seinfeld gets on the nerves of his wife Jessica Seinfeld, who complains that the comedian yells a lot! Here's how they're living life in quarantine.

We know quarantine is tough for couples, but it seems like it’s especially tough for the Seinfelds. Jerry Seinfeld’s wife, Jessica, admits that the famous comedian is getting on her nerves through his ‘yelling’. Here’s what the couple has to say!

Jerry Seinfeld’s yelling is too much for his wife!

The couple has been married since 1999, but I’m sure they haven’t spent as much time together since. And Jessica Seinfeld let everyone know of her discomfort on Instagram in her post. She’s really fed up of Jerry Seinfeld’s yelling, as she wrote in her post:

This man yells instead of talks. He cannot talk in a normal voice. He cannot perform on stage anymore so he just YELLS YELLS YELLS. ALL. DAY.

But, what’s even funnier is that Jerry Seinfeld confirmed his wife’s annoyance in an interview to Page Six! He said:

It’s very true. But, you know, when I’m with my friends out touring or I’m around other comedians we all yell. Comedians yell because you get in the habit of doing that to get the audience’s attention, but having no one to yell at now, I yell around the house and I find it very … it’s like an emotional release. If you can find something to yell about that doesn’t upset people like, ‘WHY DON’T WE HAVE MORE SPOONS?’ you just feel better.

Jessica Seinfeld’s philanthropic work

However, Jerry Seinfeld’s wife’s irking wasn’t the only point of discussion. He also mentioned generously of Jessica’s humanitarian work during the Coronavirus pandemic with her foundation ‘Good+ Foundation‘.

She has been working crazy hours with Good+ making sure that people that don’t … you know, a lot of poverty(-stricken) parts of our country are in free-fall right now with money and essential things. Good+ is doing amazing things like getting diapers and medical help and rent and doing these emergency grants. It’s impressive stuff that she’s doing.

It’s good that Jerry and Jessica Seinfeld are keeping things active in quarantine. However, if you’re in the mood to watch some of his stand-up specials, then you’re in luck! We’re getting his first stand-up special in years – 23 Hours to Kill.
