If you’re following James Charles, you would know that drama follows him almost everywhere. But things took went to a very high level when Tati Westbrook made a video exposing James Charles’ problematic behavior. Charles was apparently flirting with straight men and doing things that made them uncomfortable. Fans speculated that Dolan twins had dealt with that as well and it led to their friendship with Charles ending since they didn’t appear in each other’s videos anymore.
Meanwhile, Shane Dawson was working on a docuseries with Jeffree Star about the makeup industry and beauty world. The trailer for the series hinted that it was going to include in the Tati Westbrook and James Charles scandal as well.
And recently, the Dolan twins made a tweet on how they made an important and personal video with Shane Dawson:

It’s obvious that the Dolan twins were talking about something serious in the video. Fans started replying to the tweet speculating that it might be about the Dolan twins’ experience with James Charles.

Some fans think that Ethan and Grayson Dolan are going to talk about their father who died this year. Though, some believe that it might be directly related to James Charles drama.

Charles did clear up the rumors in the same video outlining how Jeffree Star was lying about this claim. James stated that the Dolan twins only unfollowed him because they didn’t want to be associated with the drama. Moreover, the twins were the first ones to call him up when Tati released the video exposing James. All the other claims were cleared up in the video too.
Dolan Twins May Side With Charles
It’s true that Dolan twins and James Charles have not collaborated in a while. Moreover, the Dolan twins are not following him on Instagram anymore either. But by what Charles said, it doesn’t seem like there’s any bad blood between them. Ethan and Grayson Dolan made videos with Jeffree Star which makes people think that they are against Charles. But it may be the other way around. The twins may explain their side of things in a way that’s in favor of James Charles.
Plus, it should be noted that Star did make a video entitled Never Doing This Again where he admitted that he mishandled his friendship with Charles. Star admitted that he got into a very dark place and made some mistakes. After that whole scandal, he said that he was done with getting involved in all the drama.
