Rumors of a romance between our favorite witch from Sabrina, Kiernan Shipka, and the brave Jughead from Riverdale, Cole Sprouse, are being heard around Hollywood. But is there any truth to these gossips?
Cole Sprouse has been dating his Riverdale costar, Lili Reinhart, since 2017. The two were seen together at many social events until the beginning of this year but; they started living separately as the pandemic hit. Their relationship apparently ended on bitter terms later on as the two unfollowed each other on social media and; announced that they had parted ways. Lili quarantined alone and described the time following her break up as the most depressing time of her life. Sprouse spent this time with his costars and reconfirmed their break-up in August. However, with their history of repeatedly splitting and getting back together, we can never be sure if the two are done with one another for good. Cole also shared that he wishes nothing but the best for her:
What an incredible experience I had, I’ll always feel lucky and cherish that I had the chance to fall in love. I wish her nothing but the utmost love and happiness moving forward. All I’ll say about it, anything else you hear doesn’t matter.
Are Cole Sprouse and Kiernan Shipka really dating?
As the Riverdale fans were getting over the break-up of their beloved couple, in came Kiernan, to Cole’s life. Although Kiernan Shipka and Cole Sprouse have not ‘officially’ announced that they are dating; the paparazzi are doing their best to investigate her role in Cole’s breakup. We are yet to see any pictures of the two that can confirm or deny the suspicions. The couple is reportedly spending time together as they are both starring in Fred Berger’s upcoming mystery movie ‘Blood Ties’ together under the direction of Aaron Katz. The story revolves around the murder of a couple in Virginia. Cole and Kiernan emerge as the major suspects and attempt to outrun the authorities by fleeing the country.
Only time will tell if Cole Sprouse and Kiernan Shipka are really dating. Or, if he will get back with Lili once again when Riverdale returns for Season 5 next year. We will keep you posted as we hear more from the trio!
