She looks stunning and we now know why. The 38-year-old superstar Britney Spears is working out during her days in insolation because of the coronavirus pandemic. Showing off her amazing abs and exercise moves, she did some jaw-dropping moves as well in the process. Amazingly, Britney Spears also learned to do a yoga split during this whole time. She marked her exercise as things she does to stay sane and to balance herself.
Britney Spears Remarkable Yoga Split
“On days like today where the sun is really not out and we’re all staying in, these are a couple of things that I do to stay sane and to balance myself out: I do a little bit of prayer in the morning and I also do a lot of stretching and little bit of yoga.”
Britney Spears talked about her yoga split before showing us her amazing body fitness that made her so flexible. Donning a pair of low-rise dark Niki shorts and grey knotted crop top, Spears went into a full yoga split as she lowered her body. However, she kept the video running, showing us a couple of more tricks she can do now that she got time.
In her caption for the yoga split video, Spears also suggested that meditation, prayer and working out is important for lives, especially when we have time.
“Lifting each other up and being positive is also very important to keep higher frequencies going in the body to help us clear our energy. The power of your thoughts are also very crucial!”
