The year 2020 is turning out to be very rewarding for the Christian Bale. From Batman to Avenger. From a hero to a villain. This is happening for Christian Bale as Thor co-star Tessa Thompson confirms when speaking to Entertainment Tonight on the red carpet. Christian Bale has been signed up to play a villain in the upcoming Thor: Love and Thunder. The fourth Thor installment has been announced. And Natalie Portman along with former Batman will join the new movie.
Tessa Thompson is happy about the news that Christian Bale is part of the new movie
Digital Spy UK reported what Valkyrie Tessa Thompson said when speaking to ET at the red carpet:
“Christian Bale is going to play our villain, which is going to be fantastic.”
She further elaborates on the cast and crew of the movie:
“I’ve read the script [but] I can’t tell you much. [There’s been] lots of exciting text messages exchanged between Natalie and I – we’re going to have fun. Taika [Waititi] is writing and directing. [There’s] some familiar faces [and] some new people coming into the mix.”

Taika Waititi directed Thor: Ragnarok. He is responsible for reviving the franchise. And the 2017 movie grossed over $854 million dollars at the box office worldwide.
The director is on board again and has assured the fans that this movie will be bigger and bolder than Thor: Ragnarok.
The cast has to land in Sydney in April 2020, tentatively though. And set to begin shooting in August 2020. The movie is due to be released in cinemas by 5th November 2021.
