Kylie has always been into fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Even after she had her baby Stormi, two years ago, she quickly went back to her routine of working out regularly.
Kylie sat down with Harper’s Bazaar in a tell-all interview and revealed everything she eats in a day. Which are surprisingly pretty normal things everybody eats in a day?
Everything Kylie Eats In A Day
Kylie Jenner starts her day with a bone broth or celery juice. She keeps loads of celery in her refrigerator that she juices fresh whenever she drinks it.
She is also a coffee and tea drinker but she has lately been trying to cut back. Her go-to order would be peach tea or if she wants coffee then a vanilla iced latte with oat milk.
Bonus fact: Stormi LOVES bagels. And when I say love, I mean love. Kylie revealed she said bagels in her sleep one night while dreaming about them. And Kylie’s household is a nut-free household since Stormi is allergic.
Kylie prefers looking up squats, lunges and ab workouts on Google or Pinterest to do on the floor of her bedroom instead of working out in the gym.
A typical lunch for Kylie Jenner includes lemon chicken, vegetables, tacos, steak burritos or some salad from Health Nut. She also loves this tuna sandwich with wheat bread and lettuce. It all just varies and mostly depends on her mood since she can’t eat the same thing every day.
When she’s traveling, Kylie always goes for lemon chicken with white rice and vegetables. And kale salad with jalapenos and croutons. I mean, yum. All this food talk is making my mouth water too.
Her favorite cheat meal would be In-N-Out. Kylie revealed she would get In-N-Out at least once a week when she was pregnant. Her go-to order is a double cheeseburger with just special sauce and grilled onions with well-done fries and a Coke. We’re not drooling, you’re drooling…
It’s no secret that Kylie is a big snacker. She loves munching on Barbeque Lays, Chili Cheese Fritos and extra cheesy Goldfish. Her healthier snack options include pomegranate seeds, miso soup and bone broth that she likes to sip all day. Kylie is also a big sushi fan. If she’s not in her kitchen cooking for Stormi, then she’s out somewhere eating sushi. She admits she eats sushi way too much.
Kylie Jenner avoids late-night cravings by getting comfortable in her bed with the TV turned on and an apple cut beside her. This is her way of making herself get too lazy to go all the way downstairs so her only choice is to eat the apple beside her. That’s actually a very helpful tip to avoid late-night snacking that leads to putting on extra weight.
