Ian Somerhalder and Matt Davis are co-stars from the CW Series The Vampire Diaries. Matt Davis played the role of Alaric Saltzman, a vampire slayer whereas Ian played the role of notorious Damon Salvatore. Both hated each other in the beginning of the series however their hatred later turned into on-screen bromance. Not to forget, Alaric was also Damon’s step-father-in-law in the series though we never saw that relation highlighted anywhere as such. The Vampire Diaries wrapped up in 2017. However, on-screen bromance between Ian and Matt is still burning.
Their recent meeting was in Mandeville Lakefront instead of Mystic Falls. Ian Somerhalder thanked Matt Davis for his support and presence during Mardi Paws 25th Anniversary Parade held on March 10, 2019. Matt Davis attended the parade as a Celebrity Monarch. Ian Somerhalder Foundation organized the charity event.
