Recently Amanda Bynes accused her fiancé Paul Michael of using crack cocaine. Three weeks after sharing the news of their engagement, the couple broke up. In March 2020, she was sent to a mental health treatment center. In April, an insider told that US magazine that:

Amanda Bynes accused her Fiance of problematic behavior
Amanda Bynes in April 2022 took to her Instagram and said:
Paul told me that he stopped taking his medication…He vandalized his mom’s home. He broke all of her pictures and put salmon under her bed. His behavior is alarming, and I’m afraid of what he’ll do.
It was also rumored that police were called to the couple’s house. Moreover, some sources also stated that Amanda Bynes kicked her fiance Paul Michael out of the house.
Bynes apologizes to Paul
Michael told E-News that all the allegations made by Amanda were false. Following this, Amanda Bynes issued an apology and said that her fiance has tested negative on in-home drug tests. She told E-news:
I thought Paul relapsed, but I was wrong. He drug tested for me from a drug test kit I bought from CVS. The drug test was negative for all substances.
She later also told her fans:
Paul and I are staying together. I am so sorry for the confusion I caused.
