After one and a half years, Sex Education season 3 is all set to release. The show became a hit right after its release in 2019. As suggested by the name, the show is a complete guide to learn about the subject. However, the heartfelt and wholesome vibe of this show is what made it stick with the viewers. As expected, the fans are anxiously waiting to see what happens next in the lives of their beloved characters.
From incredible performances to informative facts, the show has everything
The story of Sex Education revolves around horny and troubled teenagers. Set in a small British town, it deals with friendships, heartbreaks, the stress of school, and finding themselves. At the same time, it talks about sex and all the problems related to it. Since the first episode, it has captured the interest of viewers. Many times, the show addresses taboo topics in a light and relaxed way. Interestingly, Sex Education has portrayed teenagers to be more responsible and woke than normally is the norm. Created by Laurie Nunn, the cast includes Gillian Anderson, Asa Butterfield, Ncuti Gatwa, Emma Mackey, Connor Swindells, Kedar Williams-Stirling, Aimee Lou Wood, Tanya Reynolds, and Patricia Allison. Sex Education season 3 will introduce new characters and new cast members.
Although Butterfield who plays Otis has been an actor since he was a child, this is a first of its kind for him as well. While talking about his character, he said:
I think it did a great job of normalizing young people’s fears, and quirks, and hang-ups around sex. When I first signed up, I knew it would be interesting, risky, that the scripts were treading new ground. I guess I hoped the show would be talked about a bit. But I didn’t expect it to connect so instantly, so overwhelmingly, with so many people.
Only one week left until Sex Education season 3 starts streaming on Netflix
