Will Smith And Jada Pinkett Smith Are ‘Not’ The Followers of Scientology
Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are not-at-all connected with Scientology. The last two episodes of ‘Red Table Talk’ have clearly resolved every misunderstanding.
Popular beings –especially celebrities are generally contemptuous of knowledge and faiths in diverse areas. So is the case with Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith.
For years, the celebrity couple is under fire for connections with Scientology group. However, the couple totally rejects the conviction and declares that they are neither Scientologists nor ringers.
‘Red Table Talk’ Became the Attorney
‘Red Table Talk’ is Jada Pinkett Smith’s Facebook Watch series. This series features three generations of women. Three females, Jada Pinkett Smith, her daughter Willow, and mother Adrienne –presented a series of candid conversations with family and friends.
The show airs every Monday. Last two weeks were very interesting for the viewers. The Smiths spoke on their association with Scientology -One of the longest-running rumors connected with them.
Leah Remini Charges on Jada Pinkett Smith for Joining Scientology
Last September, Remini charged Smith for hiding their Scientologist identity. Leah Remini was giving an interview to The Daily Beast. Moreover, Remini’s 2015 memoir, has added Smiths names in the list of “Troublemaker: Surviving Hollywood and Scientology,”
In response to this allegation, Jada Pinkett Smith tweeted. “I have studied Dianetics, and appreciate the merits of Study Tech. But I am not a Scientologist. I practice human kindness, and I believe that we each have the right to determine what we are and what we are not.”
She was however very embarrassed about what she had spread.
In the Red Talk episode, Remini admitted to not thinking of how sharing a story would effect on the celebrity couple.
She said “Looking back on it, I didn’t even consider Jada and Will,”
In November 5 telecast of ‘Red Table Talk’, Leah Remini and Jada Pinkett Smith resolved their Scientology-oriented issues.
The latest episode of Red Table Talk is somehow a continuation of October 29 segment. In the October episode, Will ended all speculation about their connection with Scientology.
He gravely commented,
“Let’s clear up some rumors just to have it on record, just some historical rumors. We’ve never been Scientologists, we’ve never been swingers”.
The Scientology Rumors Origins
Public treated Smiths as “secretly Scientologists” for a long time.
The couple is under suspicion because, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, the most famous Scientology couple are Smiths best buddies. Furthermore, Smith’s charitable foundation gave a combined $122,500 in donations to groups affiliated with the Church of Scientology.
Jada’s mother, Adrienne Banfield-Jones, supported the couple at the show,
‘You shouldn’t be worried about anybody else at the end of the day because people are going to believe what they’re going to believe.’
Later, in the episode, Will disclosed his 20-year marital life with Jada. The marriage which has also confronted some tempestuous periods!
