Justin Bieber hanging out with Conor McGregor as he recovers from an ankle break
Famous UFC MMA fighter, Conor McGregor suffered a leg break recently while fighting Dustin Poirier in the octagon. Conor ended up getting sidelined with Dustin winning the match, tarnishing McGregor’s legacy even further. Now, the Irish fighter is convalescing, and he is in good company too as Canadian singer Justin Bieber decided to pay him a visit.
People were very excited to see Dustin and Conor in the octagon. Both fighters are well-known and arguably the most formidable names in UFC. The fans of both boxers were very much looking forward to the match, as it was the third time they faced each other. But, McGregor fans were disappointed after the fight as he lost to Dustin quite convincingly. Conor kept throwing leg kicks at his opponent frequently, but Dustin fought back quite valiantly. During the fight at some point, McGregor’s leg took significant damage, eventually collapsing under his own weight.
However, despite the leg break, everyone saw that Conor was defeated by Dustin in the fight. But Conor thought he did pretty good as he said in his post-match interview to Joe Rogan, saying that he was boxing the ears off. He also said that it’s not over yet. The leg break hurt Conor and looks like he won’t be able to step in the octagon for a while.
Justin Bieber was seen hanging out with Conor McGregor
After the horrific leg break, Conor was advised to take some rest until he recovers. But, that doesn’t mean he can’t meet high-profile musicians and celebrities. And this time, it was Justin Bieber who paid McGregor a visit. Bieber posted a picture of him with Conor McGregor on Instagram in which both of them were holding bottles of Proper Twelve Irish whiskey, captioning it with:
Breakfast Of Champions
We have seen Conor become the center of attention these few weeks. First, it was his feud with Jake Paul which escalated when he called the Paul brothers ‘dingbats’. Since then, Jake Paul has had a $100K “Sleepy McGregor” chain made, which included a sculpture of the Irish fighter knocked out in a match against Poirier. However, he gifted it to Poirier, who then put it up for auction, with the proceeds going towards charity. That said, we don’t know how long it will take for McGregor to be back up on his feet. But, I’m sure Justin Bieber paid a visit must have helped.
