Dwayne Johnson confirms Black Adam filming almost complete!

Dwayne Johnson’s highly anticipated upcoming movie Black Adam has just gotten a huge boost. The actor recently confirmed that the production of the movie is almost complete!

Known in the WWE as ‘The Rock,’ before pursuing his acting career, Dwayne fought for the WWE/WWF for eight years. However, he then ventured into acting and has made quite a name for himself, with many notable films. They include Fast and the Furious, Jumanji, Baywatch, and many more.

After such an incredible career, Dwayne is venturing into the world of DC superheroes. He will be playing Black Adam in an upcoming movie of the same name and will finally make his DCEU debut. Back when filming began, it had to face numerous delays particularly due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The movie was set to release in December 2021 but as a result, the release date got pushed back. Now, it is said that the movie will make its debut in July 2022. Moreover, Dwayne just gave us some very hopeful news, revealing that the production is almost complete!

Dwayne Johnson announces that Black Adam filming is almost complete

The former wrestler announced on his Instagram account that Black Adam’s filming is almost complete. Moreover, Dwayne also made some revelations about his upcoming movie. He posted a picture of his breakfast and told the fans how he has been training and dieting for two years but hopefully, it’s all coming to an end. Dwayne Johnson also said in the caption that next week is going to be the final week of production for his upcoming film. Dwayne also mentioned what he eats in his breakfast and honestly, it’s not something that any ordinary person could eat on a daily basis. But, Dwayne said that his hard work of two years culminated into this one week. Furthermore, Dwayne also thanked his fans for their support throughout the process, and also gave a shoutout to his coach. He wrote:

Appreciate you guys so much for all the BLACK ADAM support – I think we’re making a movie and creating a universe that’s definitive, unique, bada** and cool.
Fingers crossed, we bring it on home strong next week.
Stay disciplined, focused and trust in the process.
And shovel it all in and drink it all down

The movie will hit the theatres next year on July 29th, 2022. Until then, we’ll have to wait for post-production to do its magic.
