Logan Paul spoke about the ongoing drama which involves Social Gloves and Austin McBroom. Logan told Austin to take the criticism ‘on the chin’. This comment was in response to the infamous Social Gloves PPV sales controversy that Austin finds himself embroiled in.

Social Gloves organized an event which was named the Battle of the Platforms. It was a YouTubers vs. Tiktokers fight event, where the most important match was between Austin McBroom and Bryce Hall. Bryce lost the fight after which rumors started that Social Gloves went bankrupt because did not reach the sales target. The target was to sell 500,000 tickets but rumors are that Social Gloves only sold 100,000 tickets of the fight. Many people complained about the venue and online streaming as well. As Social Gloves is owned by ACE’s Family Austin McBroom, he addressed the controversy a few days ago. There were also rumors that several influencers were not compensated for their time in the ring.

Austin McBroom addressed the sales controversy

Before Logan retaliated, Austin decided to clear the air and posted his side of the story on his Instagram. He explained the whole situation and said that the real numbers of the sales will come out soon. In his story, Austin said

100,000 PPV buys is cap. Only the haters wanna believe that. If anything these people who are scamming which isn’t @socialgloves are basically saying all of us fighters’ fan bases ain’t sh*t. The real numbers will come out soon. Just know that social gloves weren’t the only ones who collected PPV numbers/purchases.

Logan Paul addressed the Social Gloves sales controversy. After Austin broke his silence and addressed the sales controversy of Social Gloves’ event, Logan decided to speak up too. In an episode of imPaulsive podcast, Logan and his co-host Mike Majlak commented on the ongoing controversy. Logan said in his podcast:

If you don’t perform, and you come up short, and you think you’re a king, and you’re not really, you’re kind of a pretend king, just take it on the chin,” he continued. “The facade’s up, dude, the jig is over, we get it. You thought at one point you’re the shit, and now you’re not.
