Owing to the glowing reviews that the fifth season earned, BoJack Horseman has been renewed by Netflix for season 6. The news comes as no shock since the animated comedy series was met with outstanding remarks when season 5 premiered on September 14th. Raphael Bob-Waksberg created the show. And Bob-Waksberg, Steven A. Cohen, Noel Bright. Will Arnett and Aaron Paul. BoJack Horseman has a pretty impressive following in fans. And Netflix picking it up for season 6 is the best decision that the streaming service could ever take!

All About Season 6 of ‘BoJack Horseman’

The critically adored animated comedy series features Will Arnett as the voice of the titular horse. And that’s a a washed-up 1990’s sitcom star from Horsin’ Around navigating life with his human sidekick Todd  and feline agent Carolyn. Aaron Paul plays Todd while Amy Sedaris plays Carolyn. The official Twitter account of BoJack Horseman made this renewal announcement. But the post was as humorous as the show itself. It read that let’s forget the fact that there will be a season 6. And focus on the inedible arrangement that Netflix sent.

The decision to renew BoJack Horseman for season 6 comes four months after Comedy Central and Lionsgate-owned Debmar-Mercury along with producer the Tornante Company had a deal about the rerun rights for this series. And that’s something rare to happen to a Netflix original. When the series first came out in 2014, Netflix had to adopt its current policy. Under that, it acquired worldwide distribution rights to its original series.

It’s apparent that Netflix has been making some real investments in the slate of adult animated comedies. It recently renewed Paradise PD. And also, handed out a two season pickup to Disenchantment. But Bojack Horseman with it’s 100 percent fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes has no match to these. And definitely season 6 will be even better!

Meanwhile, you can read to see what we think Bojack Horseman is really about.  And if you’re also a fan of Rick and Morty and waiting for its season 4 to be released as well, you can see which antihero we think is better.
