Joe Manganiello Joins #RestoreTheSnyderVerse Movement
Fans of DC are campaigning online to restore Zack Snyder’s version of the DCEU ever since Zack Snyder’s Justice League made it to HBO Max. Now, a cast member from the movie has joined their campaign as well. And it’s none other than Joe Manganiello, who briefly played the role of Deathstroke in the Snyder Cut.
Joe Manganiello calls to #RestoreTheSnyderVerse
Ahead of the film’s release, people got to see Joe Manganiello’s Deathstroke with a mohawk, hanging out in the same bunker-like place where Zack Snyder shot pictures of other characters who were part of the reshoots, including Jared Leto’s Joker. And even though he made a brief appearance in Justice League Snyder Cut, it looks like Manganiello got really attached to his work. Moreover, he made a strong impression among the fans as well. Many who are calling to restore Zack Snyder’s “original” DC universe want to see more of Manganiello’s Deathstroke.
To make matters more interesting, Joe Manganiello himself identifies as a fan and a geek of DC. In that case, no one can really blame him for wanting to play an awesome character like Deathstroke again. And so, he went online to take part in the #RestoreTheSnyderVerse campaign of Twitter, with the following tweet:

With the Snyder Cut, Zack Snyder restored a lot of well-warranted respect to his name for his vision of DC. On the other hand, it shows the negative impact that Warner Bros. has with their meddling in their creator’s ideas. That is why Snyder made a point by not taking a single penny from WarnerMedia for the Snyder Cut. He did not want to have any strings attached with the studios and execute his vision as he wanted with perfection. And that is the reason why millions of fans are rallying behind him to restore his version of DC, and so is Joe Manganiello.
