‘Westworld’ & ‘Avengers: Endgame’ Star joins Brad Pitt in New Action Movie
The upcoming Brad Pitt‘s upcoming assassin action movie just announced the casting of another actor. And it is none other than Westworld & Avengers: Endgame star Hiroyuki Sanada!
Hiroyuki Sanada joins Brad Pitt in Bullet Train
According to Deadline, Sanada has joined the cast of Bullet Train, which is a Sony production based on the Japanese novel Maria Beetle by Kotaro Isaka. And this news came after the confirmation that Brad Pitt will be a part of the film. Moreover, the movie also has David Leitch at the helm, the director of Deadpool 2 and Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw. Sanada has joined a truly star-studded cast. Apart from Pitt, it includes Aaron Taylor Johnson, Masi Oka, Marvel star Brian Tyree Henry, Kissing Booth star Joey King, and reports are that Lady Gaga is also a part of the film.
What is the movie about?
Apart from such a glamorous cast, Bullet Train follows several assassins from around the world, who find themselves in the same bullet train. And to make it more fun, all of them have conflicting orders. Moreover, Zak Olkewicz is penning down the script of the film. And for now, we’re sure that Brad Pitt has to be one of the assassins. But, as far as Sanada is concerned, we’re not sure which role he’ll play in the film.
Previously, Sanada has starred in some big-name films. This includes the role of Akihiko in Avengers: Endgame and Musashi in Westworld seasons 2 and 3. And this new casting comes ahead of his appearance in Zack Snyder’s Army of the Dead, which is a Netflix original, and after shooting on the James Wan-produced Mortal Kombat. For now, we don’t have any release date for the film.
