Harry Styles Discounts His L.A. House, But You Still Can’t Buy It
The One Direction boy band heartthrob Harry Styles has now made his luxurious property available at a discounted price. Recently, Harry Styles attracted controversy when he unfollowed Clare Uchima, and after Zayn Malik ‘s latest song. The pop star is again in news now, and that is for a more serious issue. Harry Styles has now cut the sale price of his Los Angeles residence by half a million. Records listing now show that the elegant luxury residence above the Sunset Strip now costs 7.9 million dollars. This four-bedroom home spans over 4,401 square feet. It is a complete package with a home theater, a gym, a pool, and even a hot tub. One can take views over the Sunset Strip and Los Angeles from the elaborate, colossal balconies and windows.
Is Harry Styles’ Los Angeles House Not Getting Enough Buyers?
Harry Styles has also hired a new broker, Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency. However, Rappaport has refused to comment on the issue. And therefore, the reason behind these new financial developments still remains obscure. But it appears that Harry Styles did not get the overwhelming response he expected. The band member of the now-disbanded One Direction had bought the home in 2016 for $6.87 million. And this happened through a limited liability company linked to his business manager in the U.K. He first tried to sell out the residence back in May 2017 that too for approximately 8.5 million dollars. But the deal did not pay off well, and Harry was forced to offer the first cost reduction back in February.
In 2016, he spent $8.7 million on a three-bedroom apartment at the celebrity-filled building 443 Greenwich in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood. As for his estate on sale, he has made quite a few refurbishments to it, in a bid to market it better. He has put down white flooring across the kitchen. In addition to this, he has also included more living spaces, gallery bars, and media room furnishings in his property on sale.
