OneRepublic’s 5th studio album, Humans, is still not out yet. The album is scheduled for release on December 31, 2020. Hopefully, it will help us forget all the worst things that happened during 2020. While we wait for the days to pass, OneRepublic has released an inspiring track Wild Life written for the Disney+ film, Clouds. It is still not confirmed whether this song will be an official part of the upcoming album Humans. However, the song is here to keep us motivated, and that’s what we are going to do. Wild Life music video also serves as a teaser for Clouds film.
The story of Clouds
For majority of the year 2020, we all have been stuck inside our houses waiting for the pandemic to be over. The situation is just getting worse for some countries. Many people have lost their jobs and depression is hitting us from all the sides. At a moment like this, Disney+ released its original movie Clouds. Starring Fin Argus, Sabrina Carpenter, Neve Campbell and Tom Everett Scott, Clouds is based on a 17-years-old cancer patient Zach (played by Fin).
With just a few months to live, Zach forms a musical group and makes an album, unaware of how phenomenal it’ll turn out to be. Fin Argus is not just an amazing actor, he is an amazing singer as well. Joining him is Sabrina Carpenter, another brilliant singer and actress. Clouds is a must watch with stock of tissues handy.
The movie Clouds is dedicated to Zach Sobiech, an inspiring singer and songwriter. Justin Baldoni brought this real story to the screens and hopefully it will change everyone’s life.

• CLOUDS IS OUT NOW ON @disneyplus • so go grab your loved ones, a box of tissues and give it a watch!!! xoxo I’m so beyond proud and honored to have played a part in this retelling of Zach Sobiech’s story. Zach and his family have given me a whole new perspective on life and death. Throughout this process I have formed some of the most meaningful relationships, and felt a visceral paradigm shift, being inspired by Zach to love and live each day with purpose. Zach, thank you so much. I love you with all my heart and I hope you’re proud. This is all for you brother. Your message could not be reintroduced to the world at a better time, and I’m so grateful for your generous spirit that continues giving. A huge thank you to the Sobiech family, and Sammy, Amy, Mitch. Without your open hearts and arms there’s no way we could’ve done this story justice. And of course, thank you @justinbaldoni for inviting me into Zachs world. I feel so lucky to know you, and have worked with you on this. You did it man. up, UP, UP! ☁️ xx
Wild Life by OneRepublic will change your life for good
The movie Clouds features many songs, Clouds being the key soundtrack as it led to extensive media attention for Zach. Almost all of them are done with the vocals by Fin Argus and Sabrina Carpenter. But one soundtrack that is going to blow your mind is by OneRepublic.
The song Wild Life gives you a summary of the whole story behind Clouds. It gives you an idea of what Zach Sobiech was like and how he lived the last years of his life. Ryan Tedder’s soulful voice, Wild Life moves you to live your life wildly and live it today. You don’t have to wait for a lifetime, retirement, wedding, or a planned getaway after an year just to get away from the burdens of your daily life.
Even when you are quarantined, you can still live your life to the fullest by using everything that’s at your disposal. The beginning verses of the song highlight how we have plans for next year, or next summer. But we really have no idea what is going to happen in the next moment, or the next day.
I’m staring at the sudden waterfalls
Tears that don’t make sense to me at all
This life’s what happens when you’re making plans
Don’t know what happens next or where I stand
One Republic’s Wild Life & the movie Clouds
OneRepublic’s Wild Life and the movie Clouds, both motivate the people to live their life in the moment. Live it today. While the lyrics run deep, the visuals in the music video gives glimpses from the movie Clouds.
Wanna live this wild life, wild, every day
Wanna say the things people never say

Wanna live this wild life, wild, today
