Chrissy Teigen returns to social media after pregnancy loss
After taking time off in the wake of the loss of her third child, Jack, Chrissy Teigen has made a return to social media.
Chrissy and John shared the news of them expecting their third child together in August, disclosing the news in his music video for “Wild.”
After that Chrissy had her fans updated on every small detail of her pregnancy and also when she got hospitalized in late September for experiencing pregnancy complications. Chrissy revealed the news that she suffered excessive bleeding during her pregnancy.
The TV personality wrote on Instagram that she and her husband, singer John Legend, are “shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before”. She stated:
“We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just was not enough. We never decide on our babies’ names until the last possible moment after they’re born, just before we leave the hospital. But we, for some reason, had started to call this little guy in my belly Jack. So, he will always be Jack to us. Jack worked so hard to be a part of our little family, and he will be, forever. To our Jack – I am so sorry that the first few moments of your life were met with so many complications, that we could not give you the home you needed to survive. We will always love you.”
Chrissy received a lot of love for sharing such a personal experience by women around the world.
