Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty Show Vol. 2, a highly anticipated fashion show, that included an all-star celebrity lineup aired Thursday night, this week. From drag queens and supermodels to reality TV favorites and movie stars the stars were out in full force at Rihanna’s Fenty X Savage fashion show, currently streaming on Amazon Prime.
While some stars like Cara Delevingne and Bella Hadid returned to Rihanna’s runway for the second time, others such as Demi Moore, Paris Hilton, and Lizzo made their debut at the lingerie line’s runway. Although all celebrities came from different parts of the Hollywood industry, their love for Rihanna is common. Some celebrities that especially caught our attention are:
Just moments after the show started, Cara Delevingne made her way to the Runway. She was also among the celebrities who talked during the “Dear Diary” segment of the show. She said:
“As a child I was definitely a bit of an alien. Or a bit of a creature. I just felt very feral.”
She also said that Rihanna’s show is a masterpiece and collaborating with the fashion icon never feels like work. Cara added:
“It’s just a chance to hang out or take a brief trip inside her wonderful brain.”
Indya Moore was one of the stars who also almost escaped our notice at first sight. Not only because they’re not in their usual style, but also because we had no idea they could dance like that.
It was simply stunning.
Bella Hadid and Demi Moore
Although Bella and Demi made back to back appearances on the show, they still demanded us to do a double-take. It could be because of Bella’s beehive and Edge art being so entrancing or maybe because Demi’s knee-length hair gave her a completely different look. Or it could be the jiving dancers around their couch. Either way, both ladies looked entirely glamourous and put the show on fire with their smokey-make up and all-black outfits.
Normani’s lacy, all-white, bridal lingerie with the veil compared to her usual streetwear style was enough to bring water to our mouths.
- Laura Harrier:
Actress and Model Laura Harrier was completely changed into a floral goddess for her runway appearance. Not only did she dress in a flower two-piece, but her false eyelashes also featured actual petals on their ends.
Lizzo might be new to the show but she did not fail to keep the spotlight on herself. She danced in front of a mirror to D’Angelo’s “Brown Sugar” wearing electric blue lingerie set from Rihanna’s line.
To celebrate her cameo, she later took to Instagram and wrote:
“Just when you thought I couldn’t love myself anymore.”
There were also special appearances by Willow Smith and Paris Hilton who also shared excited at being part of the show.
There is no doubting the fact that Rihanna has always spread happiness around and has been a big advocate for women.
